Microsoft Dynamics 365
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a cloud service launched in November 2016 that combines Microsoft's cloud CRM and ERP services into a single offering. Business apps for Field Service, Sales, Marketing, Project Service Automation, Financials (a new cloud ERP application built from Dynamics NAV), Operations (a new cloud ERP application built from Dynamics AX), and Customer Service are available within Dynamics 365.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 features two platform tools for power users (non-developers):
PowerApps allows users to build web and mobile applications without coding
Flow facilitates the automation of business processes through simple configuration

Dynamics 365 Upgrade Process
Microsoft offers major upgrades to Dynamics 365 (formerly Dynamics CRM) every two years and minor upgrades every six months or more often. In order to benefit from the latest features and functionality of these new versions, you must upgrade your CRM implementation from time to time. For Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online users, your system will be automatically upgraded to Dynamics 365 as new versions became available. Microsoft also ceases to provide mainstream support for older versions, typically two releases prior to the current release. Consult the Dynamics Support Lifecycle to determine the dates for each version of the product.
InfoStrat is experienced with upgrading from Dynamics CRM to the current version of Dynamics 365. We can help you benefit from our techniques and lessons from small and large upgrades.
