Four Steps to Purchase Microsoft Dynamics 365
Calculating costs for a Dynamics 365 implementation can be confusing. Our aim with this calculator is to provide a starting point for budget analysis and to help categorize the Dynamics 365 apps that your users need. The results of this calculator do not include discounts for which your organization may be eligible nor any promotions from Microsoft. The calculator should not be considered a quote, but is provided for planning purposes.
Dynamics 365 may be purchased as individual apps such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance, or in a package such as the Customer Engagement Plan, which includes rights to use multiple apps. Quantity discounts are available and some customers such as government agencies, education, and non-profits may be eligible for special pricing. If you are buying 99 or more users, the Customer Engagement Plan package quantity discount makes it less expensive than the individual apps, and the bundle offers great flexibility because it includes all the apps.
Promotional pricing is offered for current subscribers to Dynamics CRM Online and Office 365. Microsoft offers incentives to upgrade to Dynamics 365.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 may be deployed in three different ways: in the cloud with Dynamics CRM Online, on premise at a customer's facility or hosted by a third party. This calculator assumes Microsoft hosted cloud deployment. Contact Microsoft or your Microsoft partner for on premises or third party hosted pricing. Note: If you select cloud or hosted deployments, there is no hardware procurement cost, and the software licenses are included in the subscription price.
