A government agency with regional offices and a national headquarters sought a dedicated, enterprise-wide system catering to its leads and marketing campaign management needs. The system was required to meet federal compliance regulations, be an offsite cloud-hosted, web -based software as a service (SaaS) and have the ability to track leads throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. Additionally, the system would need to distinguish between leads being recruited for different programs. The system would be used for interacting with the public and therefore account for different contact types.
