Our projects span a wide range of business solutions for federal, state and local government agencies, non-profits, government contractors, and businesses. In each of these customer case studies we used Dynamics 365 (formerly CRM) as a starting point, and we implemented a custom fit xRM solution.

Grant Management for Social Services

St. Louis County (MO) Children’s Service Fund implemented Microsoft Grants Manager Plus based on Dynamics CRM to track grants, invoices, and payments.

Victim Notification Services

InfoStrat implemented the SAVIN solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) in conjunction with an integrated website for alert registration.  Indiana SAVIN uses cloud-based call center services, email notification, text message, text to speech and robo-calling.

County e-Permit System

InfoStrat used Microsoft CRM as a basis for Harris County's electronic permitting solution that enables engineering consulting firms, architects and contractors to submit applications, documentation and payments online. From planning to inspection, the system keeps account of each permit's progress.

Natural Disaster Recovery

The Louisiana State Department of Health and Hospitals provides comprehensive healthcare for the state of Louisiana.  With the help of InfoStrat, they initiated the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage records and internal processes which were previously stored in a system of paper records.

Library Media Wall

Liberty University wanted a 21st century centerpiece for a new library.  InfoStrat developed an interactive media wall using Kinect sensors to display real-time social data which visitors to the library can manipulate with gestures to explore content and images related to the university.

International Broadcasting

InfoStrat implemented a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online solution that tracks broadcast programming at various sites (known as affiliates), along with contracting and marketing information.  It provides a centralized tool for managing Stations and Transmitting Locations. 

Constituent Management

LosAngeles County Board of Supervisors chose Microsoft Dynamics CRM as the platform for constituent management and four other business applications. InfoStrat configured Dynamics CRM to meet the requirements of county supervisors, and provided training to county information technology staff for their streamlined records system.

Aviation Streamlining System

InfoStrat implemented a solution based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Project to automate the management of requests within the Federal Aviation Administration Air Traffic Organization (ATO).

Governor's Office Stimulus Tracking

Microsoft Stimulus360 was developed to increase the level of transparency and collaboration among governmental entities. The solution was used by the State of Arizona to administer federal funds sent to Arizona state agencies and universities through the U.S. American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).

County Housing Management

InfoStrat developed a Microsoft Dynamics CRM housing solution that enables the tracking and management of all activities associated with a client to be contained in one central location. The system enables communication between clients, staff, and management.
