Microsoft Gold Partner Beats Out Nationwide Competitors Based on Depth of SharePoint Experience and Proven Ability to Deliver on Aggressive Goals
WASHINGTON, DC. -- Sept. 6, 2006 – Infostrat today announced that Microsoft Corporation has selected Infostrat as its vendor to deliver and support the Solutions Sharing Network (SSN) portal that Microsoft provides for public sector organizations around the world. The aim of the SSN program is to drive the sharing of Information Technology solutions and best practices within Public Sector technical communities. In August 2006, after an extensive nation-wide search and evaluation process, Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, WA selected and contracted with Infostrat to provide the services to develop the next generation of this solution on the upcoming Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 technologies due out early next year.
Infostrat will implement the next generation of SSN by following its standard software methodology which is based on the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF). The company anticipates completing product delivery by the end of the year.
