Our business is helping customers solve problems with information technology solutions. 

Some solutions are largely prepackaged.  They require initial requirements analysis, mapping of requirements to product features, capacity planning, installation, support, and administration.  For instance, our most popular project is the implementation of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS).  We use our roadmap for implementation which helps the client to select which features to implement, including third party web parts, and other products.

In contrast, other solutions will require some application development to customize for a specific organization's needs.  In addition to our development skills, we have subject matter expertise for many areas, including recruiting, e-grants, e-permitting, contract management, and public safety.
